Our health is our greatest wealth! I've been hearing it for more than a decade. But why? Ask anyone who was once healthy and then they weren't. They will tell you several things:

 

  1. Health is not valued until sickness comes
  2. It is a lot easier (and cheaper) to stay healthy than it is to get healthy
  3. A health event creates a cascade of issues related to:  relationships, work, finances, stress, mood, sleep, self esteem, spirituatlity...
  4. Being sick impacts every aspect of life
  5. If I'd have know how important my health was, I'd have...


So, truly, our health truly is greatest wealth!


When we create the time and space for emotional healing, we tell our body we are worth it! By addressing our bodies chemical and nutritional deficiencies we open the door to improved wellness. When we do both, we give our body the tools it needs to do what it innately knows how to do.


Here comes the challenge!
